I was just in London for ten days earlier this month and was floored by the fact nearly all the jeans were as tight as leggings and not simply worn with tall boots (which makes sense) but also worn with flats! These jeans were usually lowrise but sometimes you saw that 'Acne Action' Sweedish high rise 1979 waistline.
Almost no one was wearing bootcut!
My personal; choice for these straight leg jeans is the retro Levi's and anything by True Religion, Notify or AG.
